Terms of service
These terms govern purchases made on menezstudio.com. Before confirming your order, you will be able to review the piece, the selected options, the total price and the applicable terms.

Purchase and confirmation
To make a purchase, you must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Provide accurate information and check the address, email, model, colour and accessories before paying. You can correct them in the cart or during checkout.
By confirming the order, you assume the obligation to pay the stated amount. We will send an email confirmation containing the purchase details. Keep this message. If you find an error, contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund the full amount paid.
The website is available in Spanish and English. You can consult these terms on the site and retain a copy. If you have a customer account, you will be able to view the orders associated with it.
Products and availability
At MÉNEZ, we work mainly on a made-to-order basis and in small production runs. The characteristics, materials, dimensions, colours and accessories of each piece are described on its product page.
The natural characteristics of leather are not in themselves defects, but products must conform to the description, quality and performance offered. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen.
A design marked COMING SOON cannot yet be purchased. We will not accept new orders when we cannot fulfil them within the stated time frame.
Pre-order and time frames
At present, both PRE-ORDER · CURRENT PRODUCTION and PRE-ORDER · NEXT PRODUCTION have an estimated preparation time of approximately 4 weeks from purchase. Each piece is dispatched as soon as it is finished, progressively and in order of purchase; we do not wait for the entire production run to be completed.
The transit time for the destination, as set out in the Shipping Policy, is added to the preparation time. The applicable delivery time must be stated before the purchase is completed.
When the current production run is full, reservations for the next run are accepted only if production capacity reasonably allows us to maintain the advertised estimate. In that case:
“Our current production run is full, but you can still reserve your piece for the next one. Preparation time: approximately 4 weeks. Your order will include a surprise MÉNEZ gift reserved for this production run.”
Future changes to preparation times apply only to new purchases. They never by themselves alter the time stated for an order already placed. If a delay arises, we will inform you and you may cancel for a full refund or expressly accept a new date, without prejudice to your legal rights.
You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping charges and the total are shown before you confirm the purchase.
Destinations with special tax or customs arrangements may involve local taxes or handling charges, in accordance with the Shipping Policy and the information provided before purchase.
Full payment is made when reserving or purchasing. You may use the payment methods that are actually enabled and displayed at checkout; availability may depend on the country, device and provider. If financing is offered, its terms will be displayed before you enter into it with the relevant provider.
We may change prices for new purchases. Each order is charged at the price confirmed when it is placed.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
Transport risk passes when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, except in the circumstances provided by law where transport is arranged independently by the consumer.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to give notice of withdrawal, under the terms of the Refund Policy. Choosing one of the standard Letters phrases, No engraving or MÉNEZ Surprise does not remove that right. One direct exchange per bag is also permitted under the published terms.
Legal guarantee
We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The applicable legal remedies will be provided, including repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination.
Damage caused by improper use and normal wear are not manufacturing defects. Care instructions do not limit legal rights in respect of a lack of conformity.
Personal data and content
The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The content, photographs, designs and brand signs belong to their respective owners and their use is subject to intellectual and industrial property law.
Applicable terms and complaints
The terms in force when the contract is entered into apply to each order. Spanish law applies without depriving you, as a consumer, of any mandatory protection arising from your habitual residence. You may apply to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
Send complaints to info@menezstudio.com, preferably including your order number. We will respond without delay and within one month at the latest.
You may request assistance from consumer authorities and, where applicable, consumer arbitration subject to the relevant requirements and acceptance. MÉNEZ does not declare adherence to an arbitration body. For cross-border EU complaints, you may contact the European Consumer Centres Network.
